WHAT WE'RE OFFERING
BARBER PROGRAM
The barbershop holds a distinct location where customers seek not just a well-done shave or haircut but also interesting talks, joining the ranks of America’s respected traditions.
Class A Barber Course
The 1000 clock hour Class A Barber Program is divided into two parts: theory training that includes orientation (250 hours) and practical services training (750 hours). Students attend theory classes four days a week, except Saturdays, with each session lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. The theory is taught on a modular basis to allow weekly start dates as determined by the school. The academic year for this course is 900 clock hours.

- 50 weeks part-time; 20 hours per week
Cosmetology Barber Crossover Course
In order to enable people who already hold a cosmetology operator license in the State of Texas to expand their skill set and provide expert barbering services, we have developed a special 300-hour course called Cosmetology Crossover. The goal of this extensive program is to provide a well-rounded education by incorporating both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Throughout the course, students will delve into a variety of intriguing topics, including the rich history of barbering, the art of shaving, precise men’s haircutting and tapering techniques, the artistry of beard and moustache trimming and design, as well as an in-depth examination of hair color application. As we take you on this transforming journey, we’ll provide you the skills you need to succeed in the fast-paced world of barbering.

- 8 weeks full-time, 40 hours per week
- 15 weeks part-time, 20 hours per week
